Monica is currently a student of Counterstrain therapy, refining her skills and technique. As she continues her training, these sessions are offered at a reduced rate for a limited time. Unlike traditional massage, Counterstrain is performed with the client fully clothed. You may be positioned seated, lying on your back (supine), stomach (prone), or occasionally standing, depending on the area being treated. Monica uses gentle palpation techniques, including cranial points on the head — so you may want to bring a hat or comb to fix your hair afterward! These sessions can help: Alleviate chronic tension or pressure headaches Improve lymphatic drainage and circulation Reduce inflammation in the body Support overall health and well-being Experience the restorative benefits of Counterstrain and help Monica refine her craft while giving your body the care it deserves.

A longer session of Counterstrain, so we can address more issues you may be having at one time.
